The Toronto Raptors have been looking for a small forward, and HOOPSWORLD has learned that they may have finally found their man. A deal being discussed would send troubled forward Josh Howard to the Raptors in a deal that would land Andrea Bargnani and Anthony Parker in Dallas, with a combination that could involve DeSagana Diop and Antoine Wright headed back to Toronto.

Dallas would win this trade IMO. redeption for the Kidd/Harris trade!
ok maybe not, but a nice trade for Dallas if this goes down
oh and Josh could smoke all he wants in Canada

I think both teams win this deal. Toronto needs a guy like Howard, and I think Andrea will suceed in Dallas.

Oh that's even better. Diop has only gotten worse since we picked him back up in FA. And his contract is nasty with the stats he puts up. So I would be excited to get rid of him.

Wright I would hate to lose since he's an Aggie and has shown some potential but it would do amazing for our future to bring in Bargnani, who think about how much he could learn under Dirk.

Really I just don't know who would play center as a backup, unless there is another deal brewing alongside this for like Brad Miller

After thinking about it, I love this deal for Toronto. Josh Howard is going to be great there. I think this is really going to turn around the Raptors season.

But still a good deal for Dallas. My boy Andrea bout to get lessons from Dirk!

Raptors will get better, but will either be 7/8 or no seed.

Josh Howard is pretty young himself. Only 28.
Andrea is 23, Parker is 33.

So it's not that different.
