From realgm.com
Eddy Curry is getting close to returning to action but his stay in New York could be short lived. The Bobcats have expressed interest in acquiring Curry, who reportedly would welcome a change of scenery.

"I don't know what's going to happen," Curry said. "I enjoyed playing for Larry [Brown] when he was here."

The thinking among some NBA executives is that before this season's trade deadline, the Bobcats will send Boris Diaw and Raja Bell to the Knicks in a deal for Curry and possibly David Lee.

Such a move would save the Knicks an additional $2 million in salary cap room for the summer of 2010.

AND David Lee, this would be a runaway win for the Bobcats.
They better try to get this done.

Why would the Knicks trade David Lee in this deal?

I would love to see Bell & Diaw come to NY...followed by Steve Nash once he hits the open market.

In 2010.
Also, the Suns didn't win with that so why would the Knicks?

WTF

We better not add Lee in this deal, that would be a huge step back in us trying to become a BETTER team.

Wow, it'll be awfully dumb if you guys trade Lee.

I'd rather have a Stuckey-Rip-Tay-Bosh combo.

Bosh or Amare will be here. If Dumars doesn't blow it on Boozer.

Amare and JJ.
Ship Rip for some depth and we'd be great.

And thats why we beat you guys this season and almost beat you guys in the playoffs last year. Amare is possible and so is jj but your not getting both of them. but Lebron and Bosh are definetly not gonna be pistons dont even dream about it

We can give BOTH Amare AND JJ 15mill+

Amare for 16mill 4 years 5 year PO
JJ for 12mill 3 years 4 year PO

That would get them, plus we have youth and more money after them to et role players.

BUT, thats if Dumars saves it for 2010.
