As the Cleveland Cavaliers relentlessly try to accumulate talent to surround MVP favorite LeBron James, the unending question is this: Do they dare mess with a franchise on a collision course with the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference finals? The Cavaliers have had ongoing discussions with the Miami Heat about an Anderson Varejao and Wally Szczerbiak for Shawn Marion trade, a league executive familiar with the discussions said. So, here is what the Cavs are asking themselves now: Do we dare?

I doubt the cavs do this move unless they get haslem. But Bron, and Marion would be great together imo.

I would love this trade, I think we would have the best fast break offense with LBJ, Mo and Marion, some of the quickest players in the league who know how to finish. Marion can do just as much as AV but he is much more athletic and quicker, and with LBJ, Marion will get more open looks for dunks/jump shots and is much better at finishing then AV and is a better jump shooter. Get this done Ferry -_-

I like this, it helps the Cavs a lot, and it also helps Miami with Wally being a Fa and Varejo being Player Option FA(?)

I hope it happens, I love the Pistons but I wanna see us either get a high seed or go lottery and that means Cavs run this division.

Yahoo Sports earlier reported that the Cavaliers have talked about sending Anderson Varejao and Wally Szczerbiak to the Heat for Marion.

That's good i don't think the cavs would want to get Marion. He's declining rapidly. I'm starting to think he was a beneficiary of D'antoni's system.

This was on ESPN News, I don't care what I read, I think they did and will keep talking.
But like Rip siad, I'd like to see Marion brought to the D, or atleast make an attempt.
