Stoudemire expresses frustration with Suns' offense

After Friday's loss to Miami, Phoenix Suns power forward Amaré Stoudemire expressed unhappiness with his role that he also shared in a Nov. 20 espn.com interview published Friday.

Asked after the game if the offense puts him in the right spots, Stoudemire said, "Sorta, kinda. Consistency for me would be great. That way, I know what to look forward to and how to attack. That way, when I do get it, I'm not off-balance or surprised I have it."

Asked if this system can provide him the chances he wants, he said, "I really don't know. I know I put in a lot of hard work this off-season to really take that next step, to really be in the class of the D-Wades (Dwyane Wade) and the LeBrons (LeBron James) and the Dwights (Dwight Howard). I put in the hard work this off-season to be in that class. Right now, I'm a little frustrated."

After making 9 of 21 shots in a Nov. 20 loss to the Lakers, Stoudemire mentioned those names to espn.com as "featured guys" to say how he wants to be the go-to guy in an offense that now starts with Shaquille O'Neal post-ups.

"I want to show the league and the world that I feel like my game has improved to that level," Stoudemire told espn.com.

Ive always loved Amare's intensity, and he's right, he should be the featured player in the Suns offense, not an aging Shaq.

But he shouldnt be making this public, keep in house problems in house.

I meant Europe. Detroit is possible, but they'd have to get rid of Wallace.. And if Amare wants to be the star of the team, I don't see him in Detroit.

This year Sheed and AI are off the books, thats why I said we save our money for 2010.
That way we could net us 2 stars with this money(like 33Mill).

Joe D, wants in on the 2010 FAcy race. If they get resinged it's for cheap and maybe even a one year deal, and I doubt AI takes that.

I can't even see them getting Johnson... Even if AI and Wallace was gone. What would they do, move Prince to PF and put Joe at SF? Joe plays SG which is the same position Rip plays. They'll probably go for a PG, PF, or C.

Get rid of Rip?
By 2010 Syuckey will be starting at PG.

Why would they even consider getting rid of Rip? I don't think they will get rid of him, but I thought the same about Chauncey and they traded him.

Tay does better with Rip out, he is also our most versitlie player so..
That leaves Rip to be traded for a big man, then we go after Joe and a player like Amare.
