Because the Nets are trying to dump salary and obviously would be looking to dump off VC considering he is 31 and has a long contract. And the Cavs have the contracts and picks needed to get a deal done.. Just like people with the LBJ to knicks jersey changes, there are rumors but its not like its going to happen but there's hope.

Please the deal the cavs supposedly offered was vc for wally. Plus that would be dumb for the nets to do that.

whats funny is the nets would want to cut cap right now so they make a push at LeBron right?

The Nets have to believe that they are looking like the odd man out in this now that New York has the cap space and they probably wont go to Brooklyn, but if they still believe they are the favorite to get him then I guess nothing will come close.

Thats what I have been saying before, but if the Nets decide they should try and get someone other then just LeBron, they might do it to open up more cap space.

VC has been balling lately it would be stupid to trade him now.

It's not like the Nets are really going to make a push at anything this year.. I doubt it will happen but I'll keep hope. Would love to have VC in the lineup, its possible to get him, just unlikely unless we toss in maybe a Daniel Gibson or Delonte West which I doubt we do.
