Celts' Garnett suspended

The Boston Celtics will take a hit for Kevin Garnett's hit.

The NBA announced on Monday that the All-Star forward will be suspended for one game for hitting Milwaukee Bucks center Andrew Bogut in the face on Saturday.

Bogut didn't get off, however, with the league also upgrading the foul he committed that started the altercation to a Flagrant 1.

The incident happened late in the fourth quarter of the Celtics' 102-97 overtime win in Milwaukee.

Garnett will sit out Tuesday's game against the New York Knicks in Boston.

I am starting to dislike KG more and more since his cockiness and him finally being on a good team. You never saw this from KG when he was on the Wolves. It kinda pisses me off how he cried when he was on the Wolves and about how much he wants a ring. And now that he has one, he gives off a huge sense of arrogance. Where is that KG we once knew???

Its usually the guy that gets punched in the face and doesnt do anything after thats the punk.

I dont agree with what he did, but when you love the game and play it with a passion your bound to get into a fight, plain and simple.
