PITTSBURGH (AP) - Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger practiced Friday despite being limited by his slightly separated right shoulder and may be able to play Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said earlier in the week it might be a game-time decision whether Roethlisberger or backup Byron Leftwich starts against the Colts (4-4), but Roethlisberger is listed as probable.

Roethlisberger sat out the second half of the Steelers' 23-6 victory in Washington on Monday night after aggravating the injury on a 1-yard touchdown run. The injury occurred in the Steelers' opener on Sept. 7 and has bothered him since. Leftwich played the second half, throwing a touchdown pass while leading two TD drives.

Roethlisberger sat out practice Wednesday and Thursday before working out Friday.

Running back Willie Parker may miss the game with a shoulder injury, the fifth game he would miss in the Steelers' last six. Parker returned from a four-game layoff with a sprained knee to rush for 71 yards against the Redskins, but did not practice all week and is listed as doubtful.

The Steelers (6-2) also may be without linebacker LaMarr Woodley, who injured his calf against the New York Giants on Oct. 26, but was able to play against Washington. He is listed as questionable.

Woodley, third in the AFC with 9 1/2 sacks, was fined $10,000 on Friday for slamming Washington quarterback Jason Campbell to the ground. Campbell struck his head on the turf when hit.

Byron, played good as a backup, the steelers actually went out and got a good backup qb,unlike the cowboys, so it's all good, but i hope, big ben can come back soon.

If Tomlin has any common sense, he'll bench Roethlisberger. I know that the Colts dont have a decent pass rush, but he's hurt, he's got a terrible offensive line that just can't seem to protect him, and they have a lot of games ahead.

This sucks... My RB situation for FFB looks like this now -

Adrian Peterson - Only certain thing this week
Willie Parker - Out
Larry Johnson - Suspended
LenDale White - Facing good run defense in CHI
Willis McGahee - Can I really go with him? He didn't play last week.

Guess I'm gonna have to pick somebody up for this week.

Wow... that sucks. I'd suggest going for Mewelde Moore if hes available.

If not, I like Ward this week.

I agree mate, I think Tomlin should just play Leftwich and see how things play out. Leftwich played great against a better defense on Monday in Washington, so you never know Leftwich might get the job done once again. Oh and I would tell Leftwich to not throw the ball at all Bob Sanders way, not even once!

I think Adrian will play, so definitely start him. Also go with LenDale White, he will get you 5-15 points and that's good enough, depends on who you are going up against.

LenDale's a huge threat in the endzone. Your best shot is to make a trade. If you have an extra receiver on the bench, cough him up for a RB. That's what I did when I had RB's go down. I had Grant doing nothing, and I had Wetbrook go down with 2 injuries in a row. I had noone but Fred Taylor, so I coughed up Santana Moss to a team that desperately needed a WR, and now I got Jacobs... hehehe.

If you cant, look for someone like Steve Slaton or um... Tim Hightower's supposed to do well this week vs. a terrible SF Defense.
