Eli Manning for the moment, but if you would have posted this same time last year I would have picked Big Ben hands down.

Right now Id also have to go with Eli, if it not for the SB win and how well he's played this season, (Peyton who?) I'd say Big Ben...

how the tides have turned.

Big Ben. Not cause I hate the Giants. He was really good at the beggining of his career and now is starting to slow down. But he'll go back to the old ben soon.

I liked Big Ben at the start fo his career, but he's shown to be injury prone and I think that makes him a bit unreliable each year.

He was just plain good if not average in the beginning.. He greatly benefited from everyone around him on the team. He only threw 270 passes in the regular season the year the Steelers won the Super bowl.. They depended on running and playing good defense.. And to follow that super bowl year he threw the most INTs in the entire league. And he hasn't slowed down, he has gotten much better then he was to start his career, and I respect the fact he came out with a great season after his 23 INT year but he wasn't all that good to start his career.

lol. Also, I like the way he's established trust in all of his receivers. He's not afraid to throw a pass or 2 to his FB Hedgecock, each game, and we saw last week how these no-named receivers in Steve Smith, Sinorice Moss, and Domenik Hixon, most of which are Special Teams guys, came out and Eli put 100% confidence that they'll come up with big plays.

I watch Eli every week, and to be honest, I'm not very impressed. I chose Big Ben.

Manning job isnt to impress, its to manage the game. And he's doing a great job, we have too many weapons on offense to focus on Eli and have him make every play.

exactly, dont bring "impressiion" into this discussion. It's who goes out there, and takes control of their team, and personalyl I think Eli's better at it. I mean, yes Big Ben has been great too, but he gets sacked A LOT, and thats not just the O-Line's part. He needs to direct those guys up front, locate the blitz, detect man or zone coverage, etc. If Big Ben's getting sacked 40-50 times a year, he aint doing something right. Ill take Eli any day.
