For the Chiefs, I have two. On offense, Jamaal Charles. The rookie Running back out of Texas who was selected in the 3rd round. Will be the backup for Larry Johnson and will complement LJ pretty well as LJ is more of a power runner and Charles is more of an elusive speed guy. And plus if LJ goes down with an injury again, Charles will be the starter.

On defense, there are a lot of possibilities for people to break out. But I think I'll go with Turk McBride. He was selected in the 2nd round last year, had a bit of a disappointing year last year. He's switched positions, he's now a defensive end, and will be on the opposite side of Hali. And he's looked GREAT in camp from the reports that have been released.

Two other names to watch out for will be Bernard Pollard and Brad Cottam who is another rookie and is a very unique 6'7 TE from Tennessee. Thought to be the TE of the future after Gonzalez retires.

Seeing as he had an ok rookie season due to injury, watch out for my man Calvin Johnson.

I can see Ernie Sims being Pro-Bowl caliber too if healthy.

On the Panthers:

If healthy, Delhomme will be great like the super bowl year.

Steve Smith should bounce back if Delhomme is healthy.

Jon Beason will make himself a "sure thing" top 5 tackler, improving on his great rookie season.

Julius Peppers has looked good, and hopefully he's a beast.

Dwyane Jarrett could be a solid 2 or 3 WR.

Deangelo Williams has looked BEAST during preseason, but Stewart is as well... Could be a nice 1-2 punch like Davis and Foster were.

Donte Stallworth might have a huge year on the Browns, he is very fast and has one of the better deep ball QBs in the league. Jamal Lewis had a great year but this year I can see over 1,500 yards if he is fully healthy. Browns have lots of young talent on the defense that could burst onto the scene this year as well.

Ernie Sims hasn't missed a game. He's played in all 16 the past 2 seasons. He's went out of games with injuries, but never missed one. Hell he has 259 tackles in the past couple of seasons.

Here's mine:

Tatum Bell/Kevin Smith combo

Dwayne White if he can stay healthy he was beastin last season while he was healthy.
