Luol Deng looks like the best candidate of the remaining restricted free agents to take the one-year tender and try his luck again next summer. The Blazers will have loads of cap room next year and they are very high on Deng.

i remember reading last off-season that next year they were gonna take a run at CP3. guess that didnt work out with him signing a contract and all. anyway, i think luol could be a nice fit in portland since they lost james jones and really dont have a true SF.
