It's the same point, players can play a position due to a team need; but that doesn't make them that. Boris Diaw wasn't a center, but he played center for the Suns in 2006...

He's not a franchise center by any means, and this would obviously be a bad trade for the Pistons.

It'd be a bad trade for both teams in fact. Bad for the Warriors because they gain an aging PG who can't play in their system. Bad for the Pistons because they could probably get more for Billups...

First - so you're saying that because Diaw was a good C that Stuckey can be a good PG? That makes no sense, two completely different scenarios. And Stuckey played plenty of SG in the playoffs, they had Hunter or Billups in the game with him for about 75% of his PT.

Just know, I'm not saying Stuckey will be a bad PG, I'm just pointing out holes in your logic of why you think he'll be a good one.
