The Pistons claim that there was no truth to a report that they were talking to the Golden State Warriors about a trade involving Chauncey Billups, Rasheed Wallace, Baron Davis and Al Harrington. The two sides haven't even talked, according to a Pistons source.

LOL, you could tell neither sides talked about this when it said: Sheed and Billups for Baron and Harrington. lol that would be such a bad deal for Golden State.

You guys wouldnt be getting better IMO, Davis is still playing great but like Billups is getting up there in age. If I where the Pistons I would target a young talent.

On another note, I love to read rumors, gets you all excited.

This is good its not true because Baron fits the Golden State system way better then the Detroit system and Chauncey fits the Detroit system a lot better then Detroit.

Also remeber that Baron has a 17Mill expiring after next season... That also could play a role in us liking him.

I think most people are hating cause all the Pistons fans here are acting like they are gonna do some HUGE trades this season (which they might), but I think everyone is getting a little to excited over all these rumors...which most or all will not happen.

Oh and the JO trade to the Raptors still isn't final, and the Sonics trade isn't even final yet.
