Thats because I became a Celtics fan this year. I hadnt been watching basketball since like 2004 before this year though when I got into it again. Plus I joined this year so I'd be "surfacing" this year anyway

It was the same exact thing when any team wins a lot of championships, for example: the Yankees, the Cowboys, the Patriots, the Bulls...hell, even the Lakers. The fact of the matter is that any team that is consistently winning championships will get bandwagon fans that just like to see their team win. There's no fighting it...and there's certainly no room to point fingers from any side.

Series has been interesting. Kobe went to LA so everything was a foul, nothing I expected differently.. Celtics will still take this. The fact that they almost won with Paul Pierce and KG having one of there worst games in a while is just mind boggling. If they don't take one one the road, it wont matter. They'll go back home and take both games. Pau is a big softy and the Celtics are exploiting him so bad and will continue you to.

Yea I know thats true. I see people down here who've never left Georgia who are Cowboys fans.

Yeah but what I don't like is how people act like they've been watching the team for a long time, bringing stuff up from past years, when they just started liking the team the year they got good.

No never said I was a fan. Said I liked them and I watch their games and support them. I liked them when they signed Nash IDK they'd be good. I didn't even really watch basketball back then
