Me either especially when they showed him comin back. I could tell he was acting. And dont be so sure yezzir
Haha, ik. We barely won tonight's game in LA. But if our offense actually shows up, I don't think the Celtics could keep up. Gotta give credit to their defense though.

Do I think he ball hogs, yes.
But is he as terrible as your trying to say it is, no.

He doesn't let the team down this his "ball-hogging." He just does what he has to do. Blame his team for giving him the ball so much..

I don't get it at all DJT, your one of the best players to ever play the game and your suppose to be a pass first player? Your team, coach, fans all depend on you to be the best player. That doesn't mean to pass, it means to take over the damn game.

I don't like cocky people...period. THere is no point to be cocky.

As Forrest Griffin said, "the people that are cocky and back it up are the worst."
All the great players are cocky dont deny it. That separates a player like gerald wilkins from MJ

Exactly, that's what people have to understand. Who else would you give it to when you need a basket? The best players have to take over the game when their team needs it most. All their team mates understand that because they should want to win too. Yeah sure, get the entire team involved the first three quarters, but when it really matters, a player like kobe or MJ have to step up and win it. They're being smart, not selfish.

I just don't like ball-hogging, I've played with ball-hogs, they take whole possessions of just them...no one else even touches the ball...me being a teammate to someone like that makes me hate ball-hogs. (I'm not saying Kobe doesn't let other ever touch the ball)

I wouldn't say ALL, but most are. I don't see why they have to be cocky...I mean so what your the best, let your game prove it, not your mouth.

A perfect example would be this:

Jordan didn't become the best by passing this play up to a teammate.

So if you're not saying that kobe does that, then what are you saying?

I'm saying he is a ball-hog.

I was just giving the reason why I hate ball-hogs so much.

I played with ballhogs too. Shoot on some teams i've been the so called ballhog. But if you know your the best why wouldnt u need to have the ball in your hands. Would u rather let the guys who averages 2.3 points a game with the goggles decide the game. Or the best player or the so called ball hog.

You have to have the confidence and being cocky is a part of being confident in yourself and your game.

Cause Kobe shoots everytime down the court right?

If you want to be a real teammate, open up the offense with a blocked shot or steal. Create your own shots, get open, etc..

Nah, you can be confident and not be cocky.

All this cocky talk reminds me of the superstar mode on madden...you know when you get interviewed and it asks all those questions? Seems like 1 or 2 of the answers you can choose are always cocky.

And you do realize that half the time Kobe's teammates just watch him go to work right. They're not even asking for the ball.

Meh, I don't really think that's it. I think it's just they understand that he needs to help finish off the game. But obviously we can't prove any of that. I'm sure sasha would wanna take some of those late game shots though, lol.

He's the machine of course. Is it just me or is Odom such a tease with all his talent. One night he can look like he has potential to be the next magic. Then the next game he plays <Censored>ty like he did today.

I assumed. lol

I find it funny how everyone argues with me over Kobe being a ball-hog, cause no matter what you say you won't change my mind. The only thing that can change my mind is Kobe.
