Miami Heat:
Draft: Derrick Rose
Free Agency (includes MLE and LLE): DeSanga Diop half of MLE, Mickael Pietrus half of MLE, Dorrell Wright LLE.
Trades: Udonis Haslem, Daquan Cook, future 1st round pick (2 years after the T'Wolves pick), 2009 2nd round pick for Elton Brand (pipe dream I know)

What I believe will happen

Miami Heat:
Draft: Michael Beasley
Free Agency (includes MLE and LLE): Dip half of MLE, Pietrus half of MLE, Wright LLE.
Trades: Kirk Hinrich for Udonis Haslem and others (probably including our 2nd round pick)

Yeah... I'm pretty sure that Haslem deal was already shot down by Paxson.

Besides drafting Rose though, I'm not really sure what the Bulls are gonna do. I could see anybody on the current roster getting traded with the exception of maybe a two or three guys.

Since Its impossible to predict what we're gonna do, heres what I would like to see:

Team: Knicks
Draft: OJ Mayo; if he's taken, DJ Augustin
Free Agency (includes MLE and LLE): None, no CAP room
Trades: Hopefully we're able to drop some dead weight, preferably Randolph, wouldnt mind seeing Marbury go as well. For Dalembert, or a point guard able of running D'Antoni's offense TJ Ford would be nice.

I will also answer this once playoffs are over.
But I will say what I want to happen..

Team: Pistons
Draft: hard to say, but we will draft a SF in the 1st round
Free Agency (includes MLE and LLE): We'll prolly use the MLE to sign a player who we won't need, and use the LLE to sign Herrmann
Trades: I'd like to see us package Rip and Sheed(while they can still get us a lot) for a C that can start and produce well, and maybe 2 young prospects and a coupls of picks, that way Stuckey can get into the lineup.

They would be sweet if they could get Diop back, and Miles is amazing, but doesn't get much time with Utah. And Sessions had some killer games late last season, so the Bucks are probably gonna hold on to him.
