Coming off a heartbreaking 90-89 loss at home against the Pistons, Magic guard Jameer Nelson has guaranteed a victory in Game Five on Tuesday, according to The Detroit Free Press.

"You know what, we’re going to make some adjustments and we’re going to go there and win this game," Nelson said to Florida Today on Saturday. "I’m not being arrogant or cocky or anything like that, but tonight, we let it slip out of our hands, let Game 2 slip out of our hands, and we’re going to win this game in Detroit."

"For some reason, I feel we’re still the better team," Rashard Lewis told the Orlando Sentinel. "It was our mistakes, nothing they did. They’ve still got to beat us one more time."

Oh so he "guaransheed" a win? Nice, now they're definitely going to lose. I don't see the reason to guarantee a win, it's just stupid because you never know what could happen, especially when they're facing a good a team as the Pistons whom they lost to without Billups. As much as I want the Magic to win I want him to look stupid.

Really I can't say anything bad. Jameer isn't being cocky or anything you have to belive you can win and who knows they might. But Rashard saying they're better...HA, maybe in 2 years they'll be better then a year or two after that we'll be better just like that.

Nelson is going to look like a complete moron when they lose..You don't add fuel to the fire Nelson when you play the Pistons, this will only make us play harder..

"It was our mistakes, nothing they did."

Who does this sound like, Pistons fans?

Seriously though. Nelson, no need for this. Go play your game. The key to our win is our 3-point shooting, when we're hitting them we're a better team than Detroit. But if we're not, we won't win.

If your key to winning is the 3pt then you won't ever win. You need to have a balanced inside game too, you live by the 3pter you die by the 3pter.

Yeah I was going to say that too, but I was to lazy to edit my post...

If your only better than us when your 3's are falling, you will never win a title, your lucky you got out of the 1st round if that is your gameplan...
