Teams that need to turn it around

I was just reading and I seen that the Cavs got booed out of the arena and the same for the Bulls/Heat
I can't really think of anyone else at the time.
But it did get me thinking(and man did it hurt!)

What team do you guys think may be able to turn it around and make the playoffs?
Or will the teams that are shocking everybody by being soo bad right now just not make the playoffs?

Cavs will make the playoffs but likely to be 6-8 seed
Bulls will NOT make the playoffs
Heat will NOT make the playoffs

Thats all I can think of right now.

Bulls will make the playoffs, if they trade for a big man or allow Aaron Gray more playing time so that he can attempt becoming a beastly inside scorer (not too likely). it may be worth trading Ben Gordon to another team for a big man.

Yes the Cavs will and depending on who they may trade for Miller they may get even a better chance at a higher seed.
The Bulls NEED to make a trade and get that Low Post Player! Untill then I still say no.

The Heat well SUCK but if they can get Mike Miller and Stro WITHOUT trading Rickey then they will turn it around too but they still may not make the playoffs even after that trade.

And Maple I forgot about the Rockets they too need to do something like maybe play Steavie Franchize!
