Echo Park area. Moved out when I was 16 years old, I remember hearin' all the time, when people asked where I came from, when I told them, the only thing they asked me was "How're you still alive?". The Park itself was nice, the fairs every other weekend were fun but other then that, wanting to go play outside, being at school, and walking home after school was never a nice trip.

I don't mean to get involved in this argument, because I'm still wondering what being from the ghetto has to do with anything on being a thug. Living in both ghetto run-down neighborhood and in high-priced condo's, there are fcked up people regardless of where you are. Idk maybe its just my own personal experiences not just watching the news all day, reading reports online that my opinion differs. Yea, like I said, the park itself was nice as were the fairs that came every other weekend, but anything else between the house and the liquor store/school was never fun stuff.

Anyway, you only live two blocks away and yet you don't go to any home games? lol
But if I lived so close I'd probably just stay at home watching games on TV too... since it's just right there... Still it's the downtown area, nothing to be happy about around there either >_>

But I was actually referring to sports talk with the "argument" bit. (Not meant to be a cheap shot) but guys like DJT, arguing about the NBA, all he does is read two sentences, ignoring the rest of whatever the post was about on whatever it was basketball related we were talking about and responds with something that doesn't even relate to it since he didn't read the whole thing. Kinda like Marcus used to do, you try to talk sports, say something remotely "bad" about the Warriors or the Raiders, and he just goes on personal attacks without refuting anything else. Sad when they do that :headsmack:

Okay, in hopes to not make this something big, I'll clarify you you AE(whether you really care or not because by doing this I want to avoid problems)...

"WhisperRaskal" may have 300 posts but what you don't know is he was once LyRIKs and was around here since the incarnation of the site and had over 5000+ posts. He left to focus on taking care of his newborn daughter and girlfriend/fiancee/wife/significant other(I don't remember what you guys were, sorry Rik). Along with being good at graphics, LyRIKs was also a skilled debater.

So, yes, it may seem like he is not active and is a "n00b" or w/e but in reality he isn't. Now that I am finished, I wish no further bickering or anything...I just want to clarify.
