Cause Webber is still a very quality player, with experience. We don't know how Primoz, Maxiell, and Amir are going to do in the clutch games. Maxiell played pretty bad against Boston so..

He has experience and can still ball, what's the difference?
You already saw how Maxiell balled in the Playoffs last year.

The difference is if we sign Webber Amir will get less time and we will never see Primoz and Walter again(even though Walter hasn't played yet)...

If we do sign him we should wait untill like March or something I mean you knows he's working out and staying in shape. But I still say we don't need him.

And by the way Webber isn't the that good in the clutch so whos cares if Maxxy didn't do good against Boston atleast he plays better D than Webber.

BB- Maxiell only did good in the Cleveland series, and we still lost...

Puggy- Amir doesn't get time anways, all he plays is the garbage time... which he will still get. As well as Primoz. It's just going to be less weight on Maxiell's shoulders.

Right now Amir get garbage time but thats cuz he is still adapting...
And Maxxy needs the weight on his sholders if he wants to be a big time Piston...
Trust me Webber will come in and mess things up chemistry wise.

Everyone in Detroit loved Webber... He only added to the chemistry.

And Amir isn't going to adapt over night...

I agree with a lot of what you say but you got to get off Webber's nuts.

He will not make us any better and Dumars know's that.

Webber sucks now. He should go to the Kings the rest of the season and retire. He should retire a King IMO.

Well why do you want him on the team so bad?
:headsmack: OMG...some kids are blind to the truth. Webber is a good ball player. Webber > Maziell (offensively), Webber > Primoz, Webber > Herrman, Webber > Amir. Sure Max and Amir are young and will develop, but it takes years to develop. Webber is just a good player who can come in and help the team out....he wouldn't mess anything up, it would be Flip to mess things up if he comes, cause he would be the one assigning playing time.

For real, the only person who would mess anything up is Flip Saunders. Webber is still a quality player, if he don't come back I won't be sad. But honestly, why shouldn't be bring him back?

Yea I know but I do recall me saying that Flip would mees our team up and we should get another coach and you said that he was fine...

And DJT just cuz I don't want him on the Pistons doesn't mean I don't think he can still play. I just think we shouldn't sign him. And honestly I don't think we will.

Flip's a good coach. But I mean the only person that could mess up the Webber sign would be him.

Do you honestly think that we would be any better then 20-7 if Webber was on the team?

It appears Chris Webber will be rejoining the Pistons sooner than later.

Webber, a free-agent center, is looking to re-start his basketball career after taking the first half of the season off.

Apparently, Webber has talked with a few teams, including the Miami Heat. But there's just one place for the former Country Day and Michigan star. It's right here in Detroit, Webber's home.

If the Pistons can get a deal done -- and that would take clearing a roster spot -- Webber will be a welcome addition to the team, just as he was around this time a year ago.

Like I said eariler why would he choose a possiable 7th man type of role when he could be a 6th man/Starter?

And I doubt we get a deal done I want us to make a trade but I just doubt we do.

I could be wrong about this though.

Puggy he obviously wants a ring man lol.

Wouldn't you take a ring while your a 7th man over a starter on of the worst teams in all of basketball?

Yea but he is a choke artist...I like him a lot I've always big a huge fan of him but I just don't like this idea of him on our team again.
