ESPN.com - Former Steelers coach Bill Cowher has told the Falcons he intends to sit out another year of coaching and will not consider the team's vacant head coach position.

Cowher was contacted by the Falcons after Bobby Petrino resigned as coach last week, league and team sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen. It was an exploratory contact, not an offer for the Atlanta job, the sources said.
He's a great coach but even he couldn't help the Falcons right now.

The Browns? Why would they fire Romeo, when they are competing for the division this year?
I said thats why he's not returning. He wants to coach the Browns and he is waiting till they fire him.

They havent even clinched the playoffs. And they arent going to win the division. Belichick should be COTY. His team is undefeated.

So the Browns still can get a playoff spot even if they don't win their division. The Steelers could lose agaisnt either the Rams or the Ravens, they lost to the lowely Jets right?

See AE's most recent article.

Cleveland will win out and take the Division. Pittsburgh is way too inconsistent right now & no, all their players are not healthy. They just lost Aaron Smith for the season, not good...hurts the pass rush.
