Well I don't care if you guys get him or not....its your loss. Oh and 11 and 7(it was 11 and 7 actually I just checked) a night thats good compared to what Maxiell and Amir and most of the bench guys are getting. Maxiell is off and on all the time. 1 night he'll have like 18 next night 4.
How do you know that a 34 year old, with horrible knees and hasn't played a game yet this season and who knows what kind of shape he is in will be better then Maxiell? Do you know what Maxiell does that Webber doesn't? He brings energy to a team that lacks energy and sometimes doesn't give a 100%. Amir only comes in during the end of a blow out. Webber isn't going to change anything if he comes. It doesn't make us better then the C's does it?

Cause Webber is consistent, if you take what he's done and what his abilities are he's just more productive and consistent (even though Max will be more and better in the future)

And no it probably wouldn't make you better than the C's, even though they are deeper, but it would make you better than you are now.

Maxiell only gets like 18 when we play him in like "easy" games.
I rather us not sign Webber.

So Webber who could get 18 against any team (almost 18) and 7 boards. Which is like a really good night for Max, yet you'd rather him not be on your team??? Doesn't make much sense, sure you want him to develop, but he'll still get time, and plus Webber probably only has 1 season left, meaning next year its Maxiell time, and he'll be more experienced and ready for a bigger role.

I know Max needs a little more time but still if we do sign anyone I would like the player to be a player that is almost all about Defense.

well defense is always pretty good, but Detroit already has several guys like that, and I don't think any FAs available are all about D....well probably a few in the D-League, but the best players in the league won't get stopped by players who are all about D.

What the hell are you talking about. How can you go from 11 points to 18 points a game? Webber isn't the player you think he'll be. He's older, his knees will be worse and who knows how he'll play this season? Honestly we don't even need Webber, he could be a decent addition, but we don't need him to do anything more then come off the bench, which I doubt he would want to do if he came to the Pistons.

Look at his game log for his last few games...just click on his profile at ESPN, he scored like 16 11 12 20....etc. Thats how. Sure he's getting older, but i've seen old guys who can ball, and he's one, until he proves otherwise. And he doesn't have 2 bad knees, he has 1 and that one has had surgery and for all I know its getting better.

Pistons are better off without him.
Any team that has Webber is guaranteed no NBA title...

When has a ton of other people???
ummmm, we're not talking about "a ton of other people" we're talking about CWebb.
they're better off without him though in all seriousness.
Why dont we wait to see what Brezec can do before signing Webber?

Well, wise idea as Webber last year was no help in anything... He is done for Pro ball, I think Olympiakos had luck he refused to play for them. Whatever his time on court would be he will sign with Pistons, what he wants is a ring. If he wanted money, or to be a star, he would have been to Europe... EL is starting to pay...

um....last year he was a pretty big help for the Pistons....guy would go out and give you at least 12 and 6, sure he had ups and downs and poor shooting nights like any other guy, but to say he didn't help in anything is completely false.

Webber could still start on a few teams in the NBA, for all you people who think he is done...

I'm not sure it would be that wise. Last year, he struggled at the end of the season and in POs if my memory is good... So, when you need to get consistent.
