From realgm.com
Steve Nash surprisingly returned to Phoenix in the summer of 2004, so could he eventually return to Dallas?

"First of all, I'm happy in Phoenix," said Nash. "But I'd have no problem going back and playing for a team in Texas, even the Mavericks! It's not as though there was some irreconcilable divorce with Dallas; it was just best for me to move on at that time. I was wanted more in Phoenix; that's the way it is in sports. But if Phoenix doesn't want me one day, I have nothing against considering one of the Texas teams."
o_O. Dirk and Nash might be reunited someday

That would not happen. Parker fits in perfectly with Spurs, fits in with more of a team game, where Nash likes to hold the ball and make most of the decisions on the team by himself.

Yea but like you said with Kidd, he's just getting better, look at his averages, they are usually going up, also those 2 MVPs just a while ago, and he could have gotten a 3rd, his stats were better then both of those MVP seasons.

Except Nash has a really bad back!
Kidd has like old pains not really injuries that sideline him like Nash will.

I can't see him being a good PG by the time he gets traded. I think he only has like 2 more solid years.

I have never heard that Nash has a bad back? Must not cause him to miss many games.

Have you ever seen him wrapped up in a jacket with like 5 towls and a sweatshirt in the jacket?
It's because he gets bad back spasams.
And they are the huge reason to why he don't play for like Canada and stuff like that.

Yea i've seen that and he usually takes a nap during those times, but the thing is he still plays, and he plays as if they aren't there, NASH owns.

Yeah Steve Nash lays on the sideline instead of sitting on the bench.

he has Spondylolisthesis, the same condition I have.
I can hardly play basketball sometimes because of it.

I really don't see him going to Dallas or San Antonio or whatever... he'll either finish out his career in Phoenix, or possibly play like one year in Toronto or Seattle (if they don't move), since he's Canadian or because Seattle is close to home.

Ah but doesn't Kidd have a bad knee to that he missed a lot of games for? Or was it a different injury?

Kidd HAD a bad knee BUT you haven't heard people talk about how it seems he got BETTER since his microfracture surgery?

His knees have'nt hurt him since he had surgery.

And I don't think Nash has ever had knee surgery....or the need to have surgery. I think that Nash is a better shooter, and passer (barely) but Kidd obviously has the top in rebounding. Another thing is that Kidd doesn't seem to make the players around him a lot better like Nash has done with the Suns. Cause before Nash got there, Joe Joe wasn't playing very well or Diaw or Barbosa...etc.
