I'm not sure I'm believing what I'm seeing from the Lakeshow... consistency on BOTH ends of the floor? For two straight games?!?! Something is going on here.

I think I'm underestimating Fisher's presence on the court. Or maybe the young guns are finally gaining some confidence. Last season, I would've never seen this kinda play from Bynum, Turiaf, or Farmar.

TMac and Dirk!!

I always enjoy watching that match-up. Not as much as Kobe vs TMac, but it's still a good one.

How is Dirk boring. He;s dominate behind the arch and inside. You never know what he's going to do.

Bynum is going to be rediculously good! The Pacers should have accepted him straight up for JO.

NO! Socks is part of the bench mob! lol

And yes, they are playing really well. Bynum went up against one of the better front courts in the league and had to help contain one of the best PF's in the game, and he did really really well. The future looks bright my friend.

Chris McCosky / The Detroit News
AUBURN HILLS -- The score was tied with less than seven seconds left in the game. Chauncey Billups had the ball at the top of the circle with the Hawks' 6-foot-9 Marvin Williams guarding him.

Billups went hard to the basket and Williams raked him with his right arm.

"He darned near clothes-lined me," said Billups, who hit one of two free throws to give the Pistons a hard-earned 92-91 victory in their home opener Sunday. "He (referee Kevin Fehr) didn't want to call it, either. He waited a long time."

Is he boring because he's white and not totally athletic and can't jump and isn't overly fast and more of a shooter?

What does his race have to do with anything???
I'm white.
And no I like shooters.
I just don't really think he is all that exciting I'll watch him and the Mavs but he is just kind of boring.

Bass hurt himself, not badly, just tweaked it. Listed as day-to-day, probably will play in the next game in in Golden State. Also Dampier was cleared to practice tomorrow, so he might be back by this weekend. And Devin Harris should be ready for thursday's rematch against the warriors.
