Heard this on the score (Chicago's Radio Station)

Kobe Bryant has a no trade clause and he isn't excepting trades unless it is to the Bulls. Kobe also won't accept the trade if the Bulls give up too much for him, since he wants to win. I guess Kobe is also sitting out practice saying he doesn't need it and he's being a real prick in Los Angeles.

The deal is rumored to be Tyrus Thomas, Ben Gordon, Joakim Noah, and a pick for Kobe Bryant. It is supposedly all but done.

well Kobe has owned the Lakers. It's either he gets traded how he wants to be traded or L.A. gets nothing for him and he does what he feels like. He is only accepting trades to the Chicago Bulls, nowhere else.

The salaries don't work out they need Big Ben in there too or someone with a higher payrate.
Big Ben won't be involved in the trade. The Bulls want to keep him. It'll be Gordon,Thomas,Noah, filler and a pick. I think the filler will someone like Chris Duhon.

The salaries don't need to work out perfectly, and Kobe would not accept a trade with Deng, Hinrich, or Big Ben in it. I don't know why nocioni wasn't mentioned really on the radio show.

Nocioni CAN NOT be TRADED untill the END of dec.

I know Ben Wallace wouldn't be involved I was using him as an example.

Well that is good...... the salaries don't need to balance out though because i'm pretty sure if the Bulls get rid of BG7, Tyrus, and Noah they would still have enough cap room for Kobe.

Well I bet Kobe will re-up his trade talk with all the losing the Lakers will do this season. But what surprises me is how he is the one asking for the trade instead of everyone else on the team, I mean he doesn't pass them the ball (often). He is a shoot first, get fouled second, and throw up a crazy shot third player. Don't tell me i'm wrong cause I know what I saw last night against the Rockets. Kobe and Walton would be out on a break, the defense collapses on Kobe and what does he do??? Force up a contested shot and gets 2 free throws instead of passing to a teammate and getting an easy 2. Also another Kobe was dribbling and Mo Evans cut straight to the hoop and was wide open, but did Kobe pass??? Of course not he took it for himself. If he doesn't get traded he'll probably be averaging about 50ppg, but that should be easy for someone who doesn't pass.

If I were ever on Kobe's team, I'd be the one demanding a trade....I hate playing with ball-hogs.

^^The true personality of a professional athlete ;)

Besides if you know what you saw, then explain to me how Kobe is supposed to trust his teammates when they cant even catch the ball? Y'know how many times the Lakers had the ball bounce off their hands for costly turnovers? Like Kwame Brown and Luke Walton, those two were all alone, all they had to do was grab the ball instead they volley it around into the opponents hoop.

Besides, It's the same old stuff I've seen for the past couple of years. The "stand around and watch mentality", and it's really frustrating because it mainly happened in the 3rd quarter.
When the players were involved and the ball moved the offense was absolutely flowing. In the third they went back to just standing around to watching Kobe with the ball. Dont tell me that you didnt see the flow in the first half only to see it suddenly stop in the third as they watched Kobe do the work, like usual, if these guys were pro athletes they would play hard regardless. Kobe is used to being around veterans, now that hes with this young team, its more over that not only does Kobe have to trust these young guys but these young guys have to earn Kobe's trust by proving that they could actually play for four full quarters, which they obviously shown they cant. Why would you pass the ball if these guys are suddenly unwillingly moving? You don't just keep feeding the ball to guys that will just pass it back to you 2 seconds later.

But wait... there's one guy on the team that Kobe was willing to give the ball to, Derek Fisher, why? Because he knows that Fisher can do the job consistently, Fisher has shown he could do the job consistently, he knows that Fisher knows how to win for a full season, and not just half of it. The Lakers are basically the same core team as last season, you figure that they would hustle for the entire game, instead only two of them did, and two of them are veteran players, Kobe and Fisher, everyone else? Deterred in the second half, as usual.

Things were going fine in the first half. In the third it was the same old same old stand and watch technique. Disgusts me. The entire team is at fault. Open your eyes, dont just pay attention to your hate/love man crush on Kobe, watch the team.

Lakers vice president Magic Johnson said the deal between Chicago and the Lakers involving Kobe Bryant isn't going to happen, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

"A deal can't get done because they won't include [Luol] Deng," Johnson said Tuesday on TNT. "And without Deng, a deal can't get done."

Johnson also hinted that talks of bringing Indiana Pacers All-Star Jermaine O'Neal to the Lakers to join Bryant have resurfaced.

Johnson said the Bulls and Lakers could not put together a trade that would satisfy the league's money requirement for such a deal. The total salaries of the players sent to Los Angeles for Bryant must be within 15 percent of the $19 million Bryant will make this season.

A source close to the Phoenix Suns shot down a rumored three-team deal that would've had the Bulls landing Bryant, Gordon and the Suns' Shawn Marion going to the Lakers and a package of Tyrus Thomas and other considerations heading to Phoenix.

The Suns source said the team would be interested in discussing such a deal but that Phoenix last talked trade with the Lakers for Bryant some 10 days ago, and the conversation went nowhere.

Mark Bartelstein, the Chicago-based agent for P.J. Brown, said he had not been contacted by the Bulls or any other team to facilitate a sign-and-trade deal for the former Bulls forward to help match money for a Bryant trade.
