The Titans hope quarterback Vince Young will return to practice this week, nearly a month after spraining the medial collateral ligament in his left knee during the season opener against Jacksonville. Since the injury, events in Young's life have been documented nationally, from his apparent refusal to re-enter the opener to concerns about his emotional state and his mother telling The Tennessean that her son considered retiring. "I'm happy with where he is," Coach Jeff Fisher said. "I'm pleased with where he is mentally, emotionally and physically, because he's making strides." Young watched the Sept. 21 game against Houston from the coaches' box. He moved to the sideline for Sunday's win over Minnesota. Fisher said Young would return as the No. 3 quarterback behind current starter Kerry Collins and recently acquired Chris Simms. Young's progression this week will determine whether he's designated the No. 2 or No. 3 quarterback for Sunday's game at Baltimore, Fisher said.
