Tennessean -Vince Young won't return to the Titans next season, whether he's traded or released, but where will he end up?

Brett Favre appears to finally be done in Minnesota and Tarvaris Jackson is not under contract for next season.

In addition, the Vikings don't consider rookie Joe Webb to be their quarterback of the future.

"If I had one team I could honestly sit here and say right now I could see him fitting into, I'd say it's the Minnesota Vikings," said ESPN's Darren Woodson, a former NFL safety.

"They've got a strong running game in Adrian Peterson and they still feel like they've got a good defense. You've got (Leslie) Frazier as the new head coach, maybe someone that can mentor (Young).

"I would say the Vikings are a good fit because I don't think he's a guy you can toss into a system right now and expect to throw the ball all over the field and make plays for you."

He can go to Minnesota, I definitely don't want to take ANY chances with him on my team.

Ain't happening. First off, Leslie Frazier is a defensive guy, so other being a big brother...how the hell is he gonna mentor Vince Young? Secondly, we have no offensive coordinator so we don't even know what kinda system we will run in 2011. Nice try Darren Woodson...its good to see your spending so much time answering these key questions that come up during your 3 1/2 minutes on SportsCenter.

Why would they sign him? They already got a Vince Young with Joe Webb and he isn't as immature as Vince Young.

Sorry Vince, you won't be making it rain in minny.

I agree with Kam here. Webb acts a lot more mature than Vince does -- plus, Webb may be more physically talented. I haven't heard how much of a film guy Webb is, but if he learns from someone other than Favre he should be OK. He reminds me a lot of Warren Moon.

I've liked Webb since the draft. Why not give him a chance for another season? Nothing wrong with grabbing a replacement that is better than Tavaris. It's clear that Peterson may not go back to his old form -- if he does then great -- if not then why not put him on the market? I'm sure there are teams that would give a lot for him. I don't think drafting a quarterback is the answer, I think they need to go safety or linemen early in the draft and maybe grab a project receiver or corner in the late rounds.

I don't see Minny being happy. The Tavaris experiment didn't turn out well there so why would you try a similar style QB? They should look to draft Gabbert or Mallet.

They drafted 1st round CB last year, he just got injured this year. They have Winfield/Griffin/Cook.. they just need safeties.

Agree with the whole Webb/Young thing though completely.

I read it wrong, I saw corner and then early in the draft while I was replying.

I for one, do not want Vince Young in Minny. Like Kam said, we already have Webb, who's basically like VY, only a couple of years younger. If the FO doesn't see Webb as the Quarterback of the Future, Young most certainly isn't going to be it either.

I don't see where Young will end up, but I don't see it being Minny. From what I saw out of Webb, he looked like he is capable of doing some good things. Even if he may not be the QB of the future for Minny, he should at least get the chance to showcase what he has, and i'm pretty sure that's what they plan on doing. For the start of the season this time. I like Young and all, but his immaturity really hurts him.
