ESPN - Vince Young aims to be a starter somewhere during the 2011 season.

"I'm going to go into the organization, the team, and compete. That's all I can do, and let them make their own decision after that," Young said. "Definitely I am a starting quarterback, an elite quarterback in the NFL. I want to go ahead and start. But like it always is, the coaches have the last word."

The Titans announced that they would either release Young or try to trade him away because he's not in their plans for 2011.

I'm not trying to rag on VY. I loved the dude in college, and I still like him and all. He did have success early on, and he had a chance to be possibly considered elite, but not near that now.

Whoever ends up with Young, is in trouble IMO. I think his attitude sucks and he's really not a great NFL QB, I know I wouldn't want him leading my team, I surely hope that doesn't happen. Go to Minnesota!

He's not going to Minnesota, Joe Webb offers the same value as Vince and is more mature.

I hate how people say "He's a winner" but forget that its not because of him.
