So for this poll I'm going to give each total value a range of $20-25M per year.

Cespedes is essentially the top bat left on the market. He's a power-hitting outfielder with a great arm and can defend every outfield position, although he's more suited as a Corner Outfielder.

So how much would you pay Yoenis Cespedes?

Left field is his best position. His bat plays well there. He is an adequate baserunner, but he needs to avoid mental "lapses". If he keeps his head in the game, an AAV of $25MM+ is reasonable. His lapses can cost teams wins, however. $20MM AAV for 3 years is likely the best he will do. Possibly a team option year or 2 at $25MM.

Cespedes doesn't get on base, decent average, has the power to be a solid 5 hitter...though it doesn't matter whichever team he is on, they win. Overall I'd give him a 5 year 120 million dollar deal.

I feel like if he signed with the Mets, Kevin Long could help him get that OBP up to .325-.335. Granderson improved a ton this year with Long as the hitting coach.

I think in the end most teams will offer 3 years, but one team will bite the bullet on a 4th year to get him. Someone is going to do it, or someone gets him on a 1 year deal so he can hit next year's market and be the obvious top hitter on the market, with Cespedes banking on having another good year to convince teams this wasn't a fluke.

I think he will get a 5 year deal. If a team can get him for less than 5/$120 M I think it would be a pretty nice deal.
