"We will be conservative with his well-being. We are in this for the long haul with John and only have his best interest in mind in overcoming this injury. We have brought in world class specialists in this field who John feels very comfortable with, as do we as a franchise. When John is pain free and the doctors say he is cleared to practice, then he will be on the floor."

when your franchise player is still so young and still developing, you dont rush him back; especially when the team is so bad WITH him.

they do have a solid roster but they just never meshed.
