In a recent interview with WKYC Radio out of Cleveland, Browns' tight end Kellen Winslow confirmed that he did in fact have another staph infection.

"KW2" was very emotional during the interview, expressing his displeasure towards Browns GM Phil Savage, and their "lack of contact" during his hospital stay.

Winslow went on to say that he was so disgusted, he even requested to be traded prior to last week's deadline. The Philadelphia Eagles were reported to have contacted Savage in regards to Winslow's availability, just prior to the trade deadline.

Strange situation, one that the Browns have kept quiet about...until Winslow was given a microphone. -AE

I know he's troublesome, but what a talent...

Wow. I wouldn't mind him being traded out of the division.

We won't trade him.. He'll have to wait until he's a free agent. And I do not want to see him go, he has probably the best hands for any TE, and just as good as any WR, he rarely drops a ball, everything that is thrown to him that is catchable, he will catch.
