Williams: "AI Doesn't Want To Be There"

76ers reserve Lou Williams has given validity to rumors that Allen Iverson is unhappy playing with the Pistons.

Williams, appearing on WMMR's Preston & Steve morning show in Philadelphia on Thursday, said his belief is that Iverson doesn't want to be in Detroit.

Earlier in the interview, Williams referred to Iverson as a "big brother" and said that he remains in contact with his former teammate.

I can understand why he is not happy here. He doesn't fit our system, we have many guys that can score, not just him, so he doesn't always get the ball like he wants to.

lol we don't have many scorers, we have Rip. Tay can step up when we need him, Sheed is iffy too.
But Rip is it, AI is our best scorer.

But I agree he doesn't fit in.

BTW Pugz, we don't have many flat out scorers, but we have a balanced atttack. All 5 starters should put up at least 12 each game. Not many teams can say that.
