Why Are We Forced to Watch the Lakers?

Can someone explain to me why a shitty team has continued to get a large number of nationally televised games over these past two seasons? 
 
We pay for our cable or satellite TV. We should be treated to good games and not have some shitty team forced on us again and again. This is obnoxious.

Other bad teams' fan bases tune out when they suck. Not the lakers, they still sell


And anyways, the west coast sucks now. Clips and dubs have their fair share on tv
But other thsn that, who do you want from the pacific? Kings? Suns? Blazers? Yeah those teams are better but more people will watch the lakers
