Bears won the division last year, but Green Bay wasn't at full strength. Rodgers gets his favorite target back in Jermichael Finley, so that'll be a huge addition to the offense. Ryan Grant is also coming back at running back.

I think the Bears compete for a Wild Card spot, Lions and Vikings miss the playoffs again.

Packers, Aaron Rodgers is just too good for them not to win the division. They also get a lot of injured players back this year. More importantly Grant and Finley are back.
