As an avid Rockets fan, I have no idea how to fix this team's interior. Chuck Hayes makes them competitive because he's such a great defender as well as a smart player. However, it's difficult to have scoring threats down low when all you have is a 6'6 center, a competent power forward, and a duo of developing PFs in Hill and Patterson.

Now, I can't stomach the idea with parting with many of these pieces, but Morey already messed this team up by trading Landry, how can he try to fix it?

Meh, just give Scola back to SA. I promise that'll fix all the issues.

I think they need to go after a big. Maybe trying to get one of Boston's big, since they have a lot. Hayes is good like you said, but he isn't tall enough to shut some of the bigger guys down.

Martin, Lowry, and Brooks are the good guys on the team, but Brooks needs to get healthy.

Why has Brooks been coming off the bench?

He's coming back from injury and Lowry has been playing well.

Brooks is coming off the bench because Lowry is a better traditional PG and defender, as well as Brooks coming back from injury. Lowry is a very underrated player.

Having AB and Martin in at the same time can be tremendous offensively, but it's horrible on defense. They both suck on D. Martin doesn't even try. I HATE the Martin-Landry trade.

Hmm how about giving Kmart to Dallas for Brendan Haywood and Butlers expiring contract, Deshawn Stevenson, or something like that...

We all know Mr. Cuban is willing to do anything to get his team over the top. Which now seems to be another second scoring option behind Dirk, a trade like this makes since for both teams, Houston getting its defensive big man and Dallas getting another scorer.
