Russell Westbrook will undergo surgery on his right knee for a lateral meniscus tear.

No timetable for his return has been announced.

Westbrook suffered the injury in the second quarter of Game 2.

Westbrook had never missed a game in his NBA career.

"Maybe," said one source to Yahoo's Adrian Wojnarowski when asked if Westbrook could return in the playoffs.

Just hand the trophy to Miami.  May as well skip next season too and just give it to them, btw.

Woohoo NBA!

You'd think everyone here would be giving the Thunder a better shot with all the ridicule Westbrook receives.

he is a cancer but they still need him. durant should explode if he truly wants to show he's #1 in the league.

i also expect the nba to make a rule about that kind of stuff soon. they should anyways.

guards always try to swipe at the ball after the offense calls a time out.

its one thing to be mid steal but they go late, just to try. jvg said as it happened how its an issue.
