It really doesnt matter to me, but if I picked For or Against, I'm easily going with against. I believe Rookies that show good stuff in college arent worth however many millions until they prove that they will be in the NFL. If the NFL ever got minor leagues, which I thought I heard discussion of around 10 months ago, there would be no need for a signing cap for rookies.

Agreed, they should be able make as much money that will be offered to them.

I think there should be a cap. Because it pretty much just causes loads of other problems where veterans now wanna be paid even more and cap starts getting way outta hand.
