I believe he does, Ive never like Al Davis, he doesnt seem to care for his players or coaches.

Plus the guys has a child on the way, he could at least pay him a percentage of what he would have made. Just because he realized he made the wrong decision of hiring Kiffin doesnt mean he shouldnt pay the man whats due to him.

Pay him and end this mess. Your Al Davis, raiders are rich as <Censored> anyway. Its best they close this chapter play this season out and get an aggresive coach to make this team even better for next year.

Of course he shouldnt have been fired. The man didnt even get 2 full seasons in and what, 4 games this year? Come on, its not like he's done anything different results wise that the previous coaches didnt do. The issue here is not Kiffin, it was Al Davis.
