Boy the season sure is flying by, lol.

Well, here's the latest pdate from around the sports world on whose in, whose out, and who just doesnt know yet.

After a one-game absence, St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson says he's ready to return.

Jackson announced on his personal Web site on Saturday he will play against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday after missing last week's game with a thigh injury. He was officially listed as "questionable" on Friday's final injury report after being limited in practice during the week.

"I want to let you all know that the leg is feeling good enough for me to go on Sunday," Jackson wrote. "This is a big game for us against Arizona, and I’m going to give everything I’ve got to get us a win."

"So to be clear: I am playing. Be ready."
Defensive end Leonard Little (hamstring), defensive tackle Adam Carriker (ankle) and cornerback Tye Hill (knee) were also listed as questionable for the Rams.
On Saturday, the New England Patriots downgraded five players ahead of Sunday night’s matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. Jordan and Slater were listed as questionable Friday, while Morris, Crable and Sanders were doubtful.

Cowboys tight end Jason Witten still hasn't been ruled out of playing with a broken rib against the New York Giants, even after missing practice again Friday.
Phillips also said Tony Romo, who will miss his third consecutive game because of the broken pinkie on his throwing hand, may resume throwing next week. The Pro Bowl quarterback is hoping to be back for the Cowboys' next game, Nov. 16 at Washington following the bye after the Giants game.

Guard Kyle Kosier had limited participation for the second day in a row while trying to come back from a foot injury, but he was listed as out of the Giants game. Running back Felix Jones (hamstring) and cornerback Terence Newman (sports hernia) also won't play.

Cornerback Anthony Henry (thigh), linebacker Anthony Spencer (hamstring) and safety Patrick Watkins (neck) were full participants in practice Friday. All were listed as probable, Henry after getting hurt last week and Spencer and Watkins after missing multiple games.

The Steelers added a new long snapper to their roster today when they signed first-year player Jared Retkofsky to a one-year deal. Retkofsky was added to the roster in place of injured long snapper Greg Warren, who was placed on the Reserve/Injured List with a knee injury.
Harris, who leads the Jets with 45 tackles, didn't make the trip with the team to Buffalo on Saturday. He was listed Friday as doubtful after not practicing all week. Harris, in his second NFL season, was injured in the second quarter of the Jets' 28-24 victory over Kansas City last Sunday.

Veteran David Bowens likely will start in Harris' place.
Washington Redskins receiver Santana Moss was unable to practice again Friday because of a strained hamstring. Moss is now a game-time decision for Monday night's matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

"Game-time decision, definitely, and it'll be based on how he feels," Zorn said. "I don't want him to go out there and play a couple of plays and go, 'Eh, it doesn't feel very good.'"
