Troy Murphy has reached an agreement on a buyout with the Warriors, which is expected to be finalized on Monday. Murphy is expected to choose between the Celtics and Heat after clearing waivers, according to Marc Stein. The Lakers and Knicks have not inquired about Murphy.

Portland also expressed interest, but the Celtics appear to be the favorite.

Hope he comes to Miami, he's better than Juwan Howard

Troy Murphy was scheduled for separate phone calls on Monday with Pat Riley and Danny Ainge.

Both the Heat and Celtics are attempting to sign Murphy.

Sources indicate Murphy is "still torn" in trying to choose between the two teams.

Is he injured? The Celtics don't even play him.

He doesn't suck, they probably just never planned on really playing him when they signed him. He's an insurance policy.
