Waffle Throwing Fan has Charges Dropped

ESPN.com - A frustrated Maple Leafs fan won't be doing time or have to pay a fine for throwing waffles on the ice at a game.

He will still face a lifetime ban from Air Canada Centre.

Joe Robb, a stonemason from Oakville, Ontario, was charged with mischief to property after making his soft, thawed breakfast-food protest at a 6-3 loss Dec. 20 at Air Canada Centre against the Thrashers. [READ]

Fucking good. It was all a joke, and I think every Leafs fan took it as a joke and found it funny.

It was a joke but he still threw something on the ice and that is never allowed unless a hat trick is scored.
