NFL.com - Tim Tebow has always been surrounded by critics and after Sunday's loss to the Lions it sounded as though he may be losing the confidence of John Fox.

At least one of his teammates has come out in support of the young quarterback.

"Natural born leader. He's already proven that," rookie linebacker Von Miller said. "He's a great guy with great character.

"I feel like he can get it done. I'm a believer until the end.

But a successful NFL QB takes more than just leadership.
