They overpaid without a doubt. First off, in six years, Vick is going to be 37 years old, and the main characteristic that makes him so good, his athleticism will be leaving him. He's never been a very good "throwing" QB, but hopefully for them that has changed, and will continue to get better.

Thats exactly the point, let him play out this year to make sure its not a fluke. He's never been able to play a full season, so he is prone to injuries to an extent.

I obviously know that they can just cut him for the remainder of the contract, its the 40 million guaranteed thats too much.
