Top 20 Series Presents: Underrated Players

A newish concept I am going to bring to SI, is the Top 20 series, where based off of your votes, I will be counting down the Top 20 in different areas, this week, the Top 20 Most Underrated players in the NBA. The players that dont receive the recognition, praise or awards that alot of people think that they actually deserve. Anyone from an underrated scrub, to an underrated superstar, everyone and anyone is included.

Your task, is to send in a list of your top 10 most underrated players in the NBA as of today. Your #1 will receive 10 points, #2 will receive 9 points and so on. Wiht all the results culminating in a Top 20 Countdown (if there aren't enough for a top 20, then I will obviously have a Top 10 and a "Best of the Rest").

So get voting, I will only accept votes via PM. Make sure to go through every team and make sure you aren't missing anyone). Te aim of this is to spark some more conversation and debate amongst members. Have at it.

This is certainly going to be an interesting countdown. Ive only got four lists, but with 27 different players lol. Only ONE player has been on every list, and only two players being on three lists.

I sent mine, and I dont think JJ is the most underrated player in the league...

It was pretty hard for me, but everyone on my list deserves to be there.

My top three could easily be considered the most underrated in the NBA

Currenlty a tie for first. Out of the 59 players so far, only 20 of them have multiple votes (yep, 39 players have only been voted for once). One player has appeared 7 out of a possible 10 times, with the next best being only five.
