TNT wants to add Kobe to Inside

TNT has reached out to Kobe Bryant to gauge his interest in joining "Inside The NBA."

Both Kenny Smith and Shaquille O'Neal have publicly talked wanting Bryant to join their panel.

It is not clear if producers are trying to add Bryant for the current playoffs or for a long-term position.

Bryant is still evaluating his retirement options.

TNT's studio is in Atlanta while ESPN's NBA studio show is based in Los Angeles.
