The Titans have reportedly received permission to interview Falcons OC Mike Mularkey for their head coaching vacancy.
Mularkey will become the third candidate to interview for the position after in-house options Mike Munchak and Mike Heimerdinger. At this point, it appears that the Titans are going after an offensive coach. Mularkey interviewed for the Browns' head coaching job last month, losing out to Pat Shurmur. He backed out of an interview with Denver.
Kam's View: If the Titans do see something in Mularky enough to make him the Heach Coach then I wouldn't have a problem with it considering that Mularky is a better coordinator than a headcoach. Wouldn't mind seeing him getting another chance somewhere else since he didn't have exactly great pieces before.
