only thing I see is some rounding off of the ears and bill of the cap is needed.
hint: use a 5px or 9px soft brush eraser at about 70% paci to round edges

Nice cut and pic. Yea jarrod already addressed the issues with it. And theres only a tiny bit of BG in it. But its unoticeable.
