Adam Schefter/ESPN.com (via Twitter) - NFL teams can't make trades currently, but three teams have debated dealing for Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb.

Kolb, who was surpassed by Michael Vick as Philadelphia's starter in 2010, has said that he wants to start next season.
