Several league sources believe Thibodeaus relationship with management is beyond repair.

And while there are no plans to replace Thibodeau during the season, a mutual parting of the ways after this season wouldnt surprise many league personnel familiar with the deteriorating dynamic.

If the Bulls let Thibodeau who has two seasons after this one remaining on his contract leave, hell have no shortage of suitors. The Warriors and Lakers reportedly had interest last offseason, and Thibodeau and the Knicks have been linked. Those teams might not have vacancies this summer, but that Thibodeau drew so much interest while under contract is telling. Teams would line up for a completely available Thibodeau. But would any of them have a roster as strong as Chicagos?

Well he's suppose to be there for defense, and their defense is quite average this year. Id blame it on Pau to fuel my narrative but frogsippingtea.jpg

Wtf is up with these management guys?

He was hired as head coach for a reason, play your role and stay TF out the way, mark jackson, harbuagh, now Thibs?

Winning ain't good enough nomore apparently, ass kissing/dick riding is apart of the job now too

Firing Mark Jackson was the only thing Golden State did in the off-season and they went from a fringe playoff contender to the best team in the league (or 2nd best behind ATL)

Yeah don't group Mark Jackson in there.

Firing Thibs would be ludacris.

Don't group mark Jackson? Lol

Did he not help change Golden St culture and help turn them into playoff contenders? lol

were they not a winning team when he left? The fact Kerr has come in a piggy backed doesnt have anything to do with the fact I was making about being a winning team and mngmnet disliking the coach

Piggy backed? That roster has so much talent, and they underachieved last year based on expectations. I'm not even saying Kerr is great, but you can't deny they're significantly better offensively and even improved defensively under a new coach. It was a joke that Golden State wasn't better offensively last year given their ability.

I hate the "changed the culture" argument too. He got the team at the right time and he underachieved.

Is David Blatt changing the Cavs culture? No, they have more talent

Cmon cheato, I never said they weren't better But to act like Kerr did it all by himself is just selfish lol

And he did, did he not? Went from expecting to lose to expected fg to compete. That's a culture change.

Blatt is just over his head

I'm not saying Kerr did it by himself. I'm saying getting rid of Jackson was the improvement.

The culture changed when Curry became a star.

Not the point. The Cavs had the worst record in the league the last 4 years. Now they're 27-20, on an 8 game win streak and smoking everybody. I dont consider that him changing the culture. Steph and Klay changed the Warriors culture, LeBron changed the Cavs culture

Which is off topic from the point I was making about management firing coaches that have winning records lol
You arguing about who's the better coach I'm making a point about the topic at hand.
I disagree with you saying Steph and Klay but it is what it is

This reminds me of Harbaugh with the Niners.
Might let go a damn good coach just cause they have a rift with the front office.

They let Thibs walk, they lose the entire locker room.  So this seems like a brilliant idea.
