it's cool but he's only been coaching since last year

It sucks for long time assistants who get looked over

But ive always been a fan of earl so good for him

Like nola said, I don't think its a problem with coaching.  Jeff had no help with the players the GM gave him.  To bad Hornacek got the fall for it.

This is just terrible, what about the fact that ownership traded for Thomas and made Dragic disgruntled because of changes in the system and minutes. It lead to having to trade Dragic, then stupidly trading Thomas for Knight, and having Bledsoe injured for the whole year.

Totally the coaches fault....

Its all on the ownership.  Plan and simple, but you can't fire the owner.  Someone or something has to change and its 99% of the time the coach.  Horny never had a chance with what the ownership/GM was giving him and he lost the team.  Pretty sad.

Thomas is a allstar now and Knight isn't.  Is it because Knight stinks, I don't think so.  No one on the Suns right now are playing well.  Its mental for most of them right now.  As you see Morris scores 30+ the first game in since Jeff's firing.  Maybe we might see some different playing skills from these guys or maybe we won't.  We will see.

Trading a combo guard for another combo guard doesnt make any sense to me. They are statistically the same player with Thomas being slightly better offensively which can be attributed to a higher USG.
