The Los Angeles Lakers did not wait long to replace free agent guard Jordan Farmar, reaching into their fellow Staples Center occupants' locker room to poach veteran guard Steve Blake from the Clippers. The two sides have agreed on a four-year, $16 million deal, Blake's agent confirmed, which is fully guaranteed with no options for either side.

Solid signing. He'll be a fine bench player for the Lakers.

I like this for the Lakers. Hopefully for them he can contribute and make a solid impact all season.

Don't see how it's a 'great' signing, he's a role player. It's a whatever signing.

they needed a point guard to take up most of the minutes since fisher is getting old, he can shoot and looks to pass. hes also exactly what they needed. now if they sign raja or barnes they'll be looking better. and with the rest of the top teams up in the air the laker look like they could threepete. early, i know. just saying.

They look like they're going to three-peat without Steve Blake lol, it's not that big of a signing.

that bench was so bad. they needed someone who can actually shoot and pass, like i said.

They won with a horrible bench two straight years.. It's apparent they don't need one.

Doesn't hurt to add to the team though... ^

I like this signing as well.
